Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes refunds, proration, cancellations, and charge disputes for paid subscriptions and other paid services offered by Eventura Connect on domain.com (United States).

1) Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
  • Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation stops future renewals. You will retain access through the end of your current paid billing period.
  • Deleting the app or ceasing use does not cancel your subscription.

2) Refund eligibility

Fees are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by law or explicitly stated at purchase. We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis, including:

  • Duplicate charges, billing errors, or charges made after a confirmed cancellation request.
  • Unauthorized charges that you promptly report and cooperate to investigate.
  • Service unavailability or non-delivery attributable to us, where a refund is a reasonable remedy.

If a refund is issued, it is typically returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/payment provider.

3) Proration

Unless required by law or explicitly stated at checkout, we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods (including for mid-cycle cancellations). If we approve an exception, any refund may be prorated based on unused time or unused portion of the service.

4) Trials, promotions, and plan changes

  • Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
  • Promotional pricing or credits are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.
  • If you change plans, any billing changes (including timing) will be shown at the time you confirm the change.

5) Charge disputes (chargebacks)

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback may delay resolution and can result in temporary suspension of your account while we investigate and respond to your bank/payment provider.

6) How to request help

To request a cancellation confirmation or refund review, email us with (a) the account email, (b) the date and amount charged, and (c) a brief description of the issue.
