Eventura Connect provides an informational events digest. We are not an official venue, promoter, or ticketing provider, and we do not guarantee availability, pricing, seating, entry, or event accuracy. Any tickets, reservations, or transactions are handled by third parties under their terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVENTURA CONNECT LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY EVENT OR THIRD-PARTY TRANSACTION. IN ANY CASE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED US $100.
